Email is a solved problem right up until it isn't — a bounce nobody recorded, a domain nobody authenticated, a suppression list nobody kept. That is the work here.

Sendridge is small and is not hiring at the moment. There are no open positions, and we would rather say so than list roles that do not exist.
That said, if you have built email infrastructure before — deliverability, queueing at volume, IP and domain reputation, or the mail protocols themselves — we would genuinely like to know you exist. Send a note and something you have made.
The work
What it would actually be like.
Written plainly, including the parts that are not a selling point.
- Small surface, real depth
- A Fastify API, a queue and worker, a Next.js dashboard, an admin control plane and a published SDK. Nobody here only touches one layer.
- Email is unforgiving
- Deliverability is decided by other people's spam filters. Bounce handling, suppression and domain authentication are the work, not an afterthought bolted on later.
- You will be early
- The product is live and the decisions are still open. That means influence, and it means ambiguity — both are real.
